The BUGEMCO Loyalty Incentive Subsidy for Sustenance (BLISS) Program is our way of thanking members who have stood with us through the years. As a token of our gratitude, qualified long-serving members receive monthly financial assistance to help support their daily needs and well-being.
Members with at least 15 years of continuous membership who satisfy the program’s eligibility requirements may receive a monthly subsidy of up to ₱600, subject to the program’s terms and conditions.
At BUGEMCO, we believe that loyalty deserves to be recognized. Through the BLISS Program, we honor the trust, commitment, and enduring partnership of our members—because together, we continue Making Lives Better.
zUMBA BELLS
ZumbaBells is BUGEMCO's wellness program designed to promote physical fitness, active living, and overall well-being among our members. Conducted quarterly across all BUGEMCO branches, the program provides an enjoyable and energetic environment where members can exercise, relieve stress, and connect with the cooperative community.More than just a fitness activity, ZumbaBells encourages members to embrace a healthier lifestyle through regular physical activity while fostering camaraderie, wellness, and community spirit.At BUGEMCO, we believe that healthier members help build stronger families, thriving communities, and a more resilient cooperative.
BUGEMCO care
Launched in August 2025, the BUGEMCO CARE (Compassion and Relief for Empathy) Program reflects the cooperative's commitment to standing with its members and their families during life's most difficult moments.As a gesture of compassion and solidarity, the program extends flowers or grocery assistance to the families of deceased members, providing meaningful support and comfort in their time of grief.At BUGEMCO, we believe that a cooperative is more than a financial institution—it is a caring community that stands beside its members through every season of life. Through the BUGEMCO CARE Program, we honor the values of empathy, compassion, and shared responsibility that define our cooperative family.
EDUCATION PROGRAM
Financial Literacy Program
Building Financial Knowledge. Empowering Better Decisions.
At BUGEMCO, we believe that financial well-being begins with financial education. Our Financial Literacy Program equips members with the knowledge and practical skills needed to make informed financial decisions and achieve long-term financial stability.
Through interactive seminars and face-to-face learning sessions, members gain valuable insights into budgeting, saving, debt management, investing, financial planning, and responsible money management. The program empowers participants to develop healthy financial habits, strengthen their financial resilience, and confidently work toward their personal and family financial goals.
DEEPENING COOPERATIVE PRINCIPLES and values
The Deepening Cooperative Principles and Values Program is designed to strengthen members' understanding of the core principles, values, and philosophy of the cooperative movement. Through engaging learning sessions, members gain a deeper appreciation of the ideals that guide BUGEMCO and the important role they play in its continued success.
The program empowers members to actively participate in cooperative programs, governance, and decision-making while fostering a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment. As the cooperative's highest decision-making body, informed and engaged members are better equipped to uphold democratic participation, exercise their rights responsibly, and contribute meaningfully to the cooperative's sustainable growth.
EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Business Development Service (BDS) HOG RAISING Program:
The Hog Raising Project is a flagship Business Development Services (BDS) initiative of BUGEMCO, implemented in partnership with B-Meg, to help members establish sustainable and profitable hog-raising enterprises.
Through this program, qualified members from participating BUGEMCO branches receive 11 piglets as their initial stock, providing them with a strong foundation for livestock production. To ensure long-term success, the project offers comprehensive support, including technical training, quality feeds, accessible financing, veterinary guidance, and market linkage assistance—equipping members with the knowledge and resources needed from production to marketing.
More than a livelihood initiative, the Hog Raising Project empowers members to build resilient enterprises, increase household income, and contribute to local agricultural development. It reflects BUGEMCO’s continuing commitment to creating meaningful economic opportunities and improving the quality of life of its members through sustainable enterprise development.
COFFEE DAIRY PROJECT
Type yThe CAFE DAIRY Project is a Business Development Services (BDS) initiative implemented by BUGEMCO in partnership with the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) to empower coffee farmers and promote sustainable coffee production. Focused on beneficiaries from the Aglayan Branch Office, the project provides comprehensive support through technical training, quality coffee seedlings, fertilizers, and essential farming equipment. By equipping members with the knowledge and resources they need, the program helps improve farm productivity, enhance coffee quality, and increase household income. More than an agricultural assistance program, the CAFE DAIRY Project strengthens local livelihoods, encourages sustainable farming practices, and demonstrates the power of cooperative partnerships in creating lasting economic opportunities for farming communities.
Business Promotion Program (Free Signboards):
The Business Promotion Program (Free Signboards) is one of BUGEMCO’s initiatives to support member-owned businesses by enhancing their visibility and strengthening their presence within the community.
Through this program, qualified members who own sari-sari stores and regularly source their products from BUGEMCO Mart receive customized store signboards free of charge, including professional layout, production, and installation. The signboards help create a more attractive storefront, improve business recognition, and make it easier for customers to locate their stores.
By investing in the success of its members’ businesses, BUGEMCO continues to provide meaningful support beyond financial services—helping member entrepreneurs grow, thrive, and better serve their communities.
Business Promotion Program (Food Caravan):
Business Promotion (Food Caravan):The Business Promotion (Food Caravan) is one of BUGEMCO's initiatives to promote member-owned food businesses by providing opportunities to showcase their products during cooperative events and gatherings.Held during Ownership Meetings and other major BUGEMCO activities, the Food Caravan allows member entrepreneurs to display and sell their delicious food products to fellow members and event participants. This initiative not only increases business exposure and potential sales but also encourages networking and strengthens the spirit of cooperation among member entrepreneurs.By creating a platform where members can promote their products and reach a wider market, BUGEMCO continues to support entrepreneurship, celebrate local talent, and foster sustainable economic opportunities within the cooperative community.

The Unlimited Coffee Program is one of BUGEMCO’s simple yet meaningful ways of making every member’s visit more enjoyable. Members are invited to enjoy unlimited complimentary coffee whenever they visit any BUGEMCO office or branch.
Whether stopping by for a transaction, attending a meeting, or simply visiting the cooperative, members can relax and recharge with a warm cup of coffee in a welcoming environment.

Pamilya Mahalaga Day):
The Stories from Within Program: Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day is BUGEMCO’s annual celebration of family, togetherness, and the meaningful moments shared around the dining table.
Held every September, the program invites members to capture and share their cherished family mealtime experiences through photos and short stories. By highlighting the importance of eating together, the initiative promotes stronger family bonds and encourages members to celebrate the values of love, gratitude, and connection.
As part of the celebration, members are encouraged to post their Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day entries on social media. The submission that receives the highest number of heart reactions within the contest period wins exciting prizes, making the celebration both meaningful and engaging.
