In times of natural or man-made disasters, BUGEMCO provides financial support to our members affected by such events, aiding in their recovery and rebuilding efforts.
Death Assistance:
BUGEMCO extends
compassionate support by providing
additional financial assistance to the
members and their immediate families
who have passed away. In addition to
any received insurances and other
benefits, BUGEMCO offers aid to cover
funeral expenses and related costs,
helping to ease the financial burden
during this difficult time.
Physical Wellness Program:
BUGEMCO prioritizes the
health and fitness of our members through our Physical
Wellness Program. We offer engaging activities such as
quarterly Zumba sessions aimed at promoting physical
activity, social interaction, and overall well-being of our
members
LOYALTY PROGRAM
BLISS Program:
(BUGEMCO Loyalty
Incentive Subsidy for Sustenance) As a
token of appreciation for our
longstanding members, BUGEMCO
offers the BLISS program. Members who
have been with us for 15 years or more,
and who meet other qualifying criteria,
receive a monthly subsidy of up to Php
600 (terms and conditions apply). It’s our
way of expressing gratitude for their
loyalty and support.
EDUCATION PROGRAM
Financial Literacy Program:
Equipping our members with essential financial skills. Through engaging webinars, we delve into the fundamentals of financial disciplines, covering topics such as budgeting, savings, and investments. These sessions empower members to make informed decisions, manage their
finances effectively, and build a secure financial future.
EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
Business Development Service (BDS) Program:
Empowering members with sustainable
livelihood opportunities. As part of this initiative, we launched our inaugural project, hog raising, providing members with the chance to establish a stable livelihood. Through this venture, members gain access to resources and support to nurture their entrepreneurial spirit, economic growth and prosperity within our community.
Business Promotion Program (Free Signboards):
Supporting the growth of local enterprises, BUGEMCO introduces the Business Promotion Program. As part of this initiative, members with Sar-sari stores who source their products from BUGEMCO Mart receive a special offer free sign boards for their stores. This includes the layout &
installation at their store locations, enhancing visibility and promoting their businesses
within the community.
Business Promotion (Food Caravan):
During ownership meeting events, we invite member entrepreneurs to showcase their delectable food products. This collaborative platform not only provides exposure for their businesses but also offers attendees a diverse culinary experience.ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS
As we commemorate this special occasion across all branches, members are treated to delectable sweet treats, complimentary manicure/pedicure, haircut services, and free ice cream treats.

Showcasing our heartfelt appreciation, BUGEMCO
celebrates Valentine’s Day with our cherished members. Spread the love and
vibrant spirit of the season as we present members with beautiful flowers,
embodying the warmth and affection we hold for each member during this special
time of love and connection.
Mother’s Day Treats:
Members who are mothers will receive special tokens of appreciation called “Beauty Bundles” during our Mother’s Day celebration. These thoughtfully curated bundles are a gesture of gratitude for their dedication and love, symbolizing our appreciation for their invaluable role in our lives.
Father’s Day Treats:
Members who are fathers will receive special tokens of appreciation during our Father’s Day celebration. These tokens are a heartfelt gesture of gratitude for their dedication, support, and commitment to their families and to our cooperative.
Stories from Within Program (Kaininang
Pamilya Mahalaga Day): Celebrating the rich tapestry of our community, BUGEMCO presents the “Stories from Within” program. In September, we commemorate Kainang
Pamilya Mahalaga Day, inviting members to share their cherished family meal moments through photos and short stories. Members are encouraged to post their Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day pictures, and the post with the highest number of heart reactions will win exciting prizes.
Stories from Within Program (Memorable Christmas Story): In December, we invite members to share heartwarming narratives with “Memorable Christmas Story,” where members reminisce about cherished holiday moments.

Story): In October, we invite members to share
their “Best Teacher Story,” celebrating the
educators who have made a lasting impact
on their lives.
Treasure Trivia Program:
Members are invited to participate in a thrilling game quiz where they can win additional treats by answering random questions relating to BUGEMCO.
Christmas Treats:
Members visiting our branches for transactions will receive free Christmas calendars. It’s our way of expressing gratitude and spreading festive cheer to our valued members
during this joyous time of the year.
